1-8 Capitol Way, Colindale
I helped NEAT secure a Consent for Royal London Asset Management in 2018 for 415 homes in this Locally Significant Industrial Site (LSIS).
The Hyde, Hendon
The site was a tricky shape, with a sizeable drop from The Hyde down to the Silk Stream, but I helped NEAT secure Consent in 2016, with the development being built out by L&Q.
Stonegrove and Spur Road
To replace the old estate from 1950s and 60s, I worked with the residents, architects and Barratt Homes to develop almost 1,000 new mixed-tenure homes in six different neighbourhoods.
Grahame Park
I put together a talented team to redevelop the estate and the disconnected Colindale area, commissioned a Masterplan for the area, and obtained funding to replace two narrow Victorian railway arches.
