The Capitol Way project was all about optimisation in a challenging planning policy environment. I helped NEAT secure a Consent for Royal London Asset Management in 2018 for 415 homes in this Locally Significant Industrial Site (LSIS), but the high affordable housing requirement from Brent made it only marginally viable.
